Carly joined Business Shaper in 2007 in the role of Office Manager and has developed her skills in organising jaw-droppingly good sustainability events. Carly aims to create positive change for the future, both within Business Shaper and externally through the formation of partnerships and influencing suppliers.

Carly has a Bachelor of Business Information from Massey University, Wellington NZ, majoring in Marketing and Communications Management. While studying, Carly developed her interest in the role business plays in changing social thinking and behaviours and influencing partners and suppliers, encouraging development and sustainable change in business dealings.

Carly’s expertise lies in providing customer service with a smile and developing and monitoring the internal behaviours and processes of the business to ensure efficiency and ensure we are practicing what we preach.
