- To confirm priority risks identified as per the risk assessment matrix in the Identification and Assessment Workshop
- To develop ideas for the management and treatment of priority risks identified
- To explore opportunities to engage with suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders
- To suggest a monitoring process to measure progress against agreed plans
